The River City Commons Association Pool Monitor assists in making sure our residents have a fun and safe swim season.  Some of their duties include:

¨ Open and Close the Pool Daily at the schedule times.

¨ Provide security checks through the park and pool area.

¨ Enforce the use of facility rules as outlined by River City Commons Association’s Rules and Regulations.

¨ Post notice of private parties ensure residents and their guests abide by the rules.

¨ Secure River City Commons property by ensuring those using the park and pool are residents and guest are accompanied by residents and if necessary taking appropriate action with non-residents.

¨ Calls 911 for emergencies and submits an indecent report to Riverside Management.

¨ Cleaning duties include keep bathroom, clean and stocked,  cabana and barbeque area clean and ready for use, removing litter from the park, playground and tennis and basked ball courts.  Also, putting trash and recycle material up for pick up and return of the rubbish bins.

¨ Pool chemical Pool Check 4 days a week.

 

Terms: 60 hours a month combined for security, monitoring duties and cleaning. Salary $800 am month , plus $50 compensation for Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
