Replacement of our pool decking and upgrades to the pool equipment that were originally planned for this spring will be taking place in the fall instead. The Board of Directors made the decision its April 14 meeting so that the pool can be open the full summer season. The delay also allows more time for the Board to review bids and select a contractor, and for the contractor to obtain the necessary permits, and avoids delaying the pool opening while waiting for required inspections once the work is complete.

Meanwhile, the Board authorized the purchase of a new heater for the spa and plans a work day to get the pool area ready for the season.
