Celeste Comings founded Riverside Property Management in
1978. Incorporated as Riverside Management & Financial
Services Inc. in 1999, Riverside provide association
management services for over 55 common interest
developments.
Riverside believes that a community succeeds when the lines of
communication are kept open and that a spirit of understanding
and respect between all parties – the Board, the members and
the management team – enable a community to thrive and
exceed owner expectations.
Celeste graduated from Ohio University with a degree in English
and secondary education. She is a certified community manager
through the California Association of Community Managers. As
well as serving as the President of Riverside Management &
Financial Services Inc, she is an active community manager. The
daily interactions between her Board members and community
residents provide a rewarding challenge and an opportunity for
daily enlightenment.
Tasha, along with her husband Steve, moved into the River City
Commons neighborhood in 2004. They have a son and a
daughter. Tasha has a degree in Theatre Design and
Production from the University of Cincinnati, CCM. She has
worked at Sacramento Theatrical Lighting, Sacramento Theatre
Company and Sacramento State in a variety of accounting, event
planning and development positions. She and her husband
have starting their own business called Ryquin that incorporates
the things in life they enjoy most; lacrosse and design. She
hopes to bring the neighborhood closer and project a positive
attitude to working together as a community.
Former RCCA Staff
Amy purchased and moved into the community in June 2000.
Girl meets boy. Jason, along with his 4 children, moved in July
2006. Amy works as an Internal Auditor for the Sacramento
Superior Court in Downtown Sacramento. Jason works as a
Meat Cutter for Savemart in Davis. Amy and Jason believe RCC
is a working community trying to balance daily responsibilities
with the joys of life. They will be working for the community to
assist in providing a clean, safe place for our families, meet
more of their neighbors and build their wedding account.
