maintaining our properties and common assets during the prolonged downturn in our economy.
As an owner/resident and landlord, I have talked to new owners and prospective tenants alike
who have specifically sought out our community for the very reason that it stands out in quality
their strong preference for living within an active community association with Board committed to
safeguarding property values and the beauty and cleanliness of our neighborhood. Some are
previous long term residents in planned developments, some have paid the price in non-
association neighborhoods suffering severe blight and now are seeking more assurance of
consistent quality. Our new owners and residents have recognized our community, and think
committed to maintaining and improving our collective properties and community assets.
