Denise Jerome moved to South Natomas in 1983 when she
married an original RCC owner.  She served two terms as
President of the RCCA Board of Directors in the late 1980's.
During this time, she came to appreciate the volume and
complexity of work required to manage a maturing homeowners
association. She initiated the search for RCCAs first property
management company.

While living in upstate New York in the 1970's, she gained an
appreciation for architectural design, especially Frank Lloyd
Wright's work. Both the modernistic, and Arts and Crafts
architectural movements are her favorites. After taking botany,
landscape design and interior design classes in college, she
continues to study them passionately as a hobby.

During her 25-year career in Information Technology (IT), Denise
analyzed business processes, designed and built large software
systems, and managed both IT projects and engineers. Now,
she works part-time as a software tester and as "Nana's
daycare" to her two granddaughters.

She enjoys training and walking her Standard Poodle, traveling,
reading, listening to jazz and classical music, NPR's Science
Friday and Fresh Air.
