CC&R Secret Ballot                                                                                                                        
The recent Secret Ballot for the approval or disapproval of the CC&R changes and state law
updates did not meet the minimum number of votes needed.  Another ballot will be sent out
again for a re-vote.

Please be aware, each time a ballot is put into action, there is a chance of assessment fees on
the homeowners.  So please cast your vote.  
YOUR VOTE COUNTS!

Please give a warm welcome to the new RCCA pool monitor Krystal.  She will be handling the
upkeep of the pool this summer.  Please note that she is not a lifeguard for the pools and spa.
All homeowners are responsible for their personal safety and care while using the community
facilities.

The pool area just received two new potted planets/The playground received a fresh coat of
bark /The basketball hoops have new netting.

Neighborhood Response:
Mary of Paddle Court would like to extend a thank you to RCC Association for the beautiful
parkway flowers.  The addition of flowers and ground cover along the roadside has definitely
improve the beauty of the neighborhood.  She also wants to say thank you to the homeowner
who had the fence repaired on their property that backs up to the guest parking lot on Paddle
Court.
